Return And Replacement Policy

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY

  • The Users understand that Amazestore Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as 'we') is an intermediary platform and shall only mediate the Return Request between Seller & Buyer.

  • We shall not assume any liability for any failure on the part of the Seller to resolve the Return Request raised by the Buyer.

  • Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on our website/ Mobile app.

  • Buyer need to make the Return request at our website/mobile App/call us/email us at support@amazestorz.com

  • At the time of making a Return Request , Buyer will be required to provide the following necessary details/documents

  • Images of the Product(s) indicating the issue in the Product/ shipment delivered. The images need to capture the following:

    1. (a) shipping label with Order ID;
    2. (b) Order details;
    3. (c) packed shipment;
    4. (e) issue observed by the Buyer in the Product;
    5. Unboxing/ normal video clip indicating the issues in the Product/ shipment delivered. The video clip needs to capture all sides of the package, order details, shipping label, quantity of the Product, damages in the Product, any tampering with the outer box etc.;
    6. Copy of bill/ tax invoice for the Product received.
  • Return will be processed only if:

    1. If there is a mismatch in the product/colour/size/dimension with comparison to the ordered products, replacement will be provided. In such cases we need to be intimated of the same within 24hrs from the time of product delivery. Delayed intimations will not be entertained.
    2. Returns are accepted to the products with defective/damaged/tampered/malfunctioning at the time of delivery. In such cases the replacement will be provided. In this scenario buyers need to contact us with in 24hrs. Delayed intimations will not be entertained.
    3. It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
    4. The product is not different from what was shipped to you;
    5. The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box and all the accessories therein).
  • If the order is customized according to buyer’s requirement, order will not be cancelled or refunded.

  • Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

  • Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

    1. Note: If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us at support@amazestorz.com within 2 days from the delivery of the product.

Return Requests are not accepted:

  • If the Buyer does not respond to the inquiry calls or communication made by us to get necessary documents/information related to the Return Request.

  • If Buyer fails to provide supportive documents/proof in support of the claim.

  • Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

  • Return request Rose for products in case of defective/damaged/tampered/malfunctioning our quality verification team will inspect the product. Based on the feedback from the quality verification team, if the product is meeting the manufacturer quality standards, the return request will not be accepted. In case of product is not fulfilling the manufacturer quality standards. Return will be accepted and the product will be replaced.

  • If the products were used/installed and tampered after delivery.

  • Partial returns of the order will not be accepted.

  • We are not responsible for the Return/Replacement/Refund if the Products are returned to seller by the buyer without our knowledge.

  • Ordered materials/products are imported by the vendors / sellers based on the buyer order.

  • The returned item should be in the same condition without any damages. If our quality verification team finds any damages the product will not returned.

REFUND Conditions

Refund will be provided only in the following cases:

  • All the eligible orders for refund will be provided with credit note for the agreed refund value. This can be used for future purchases with us.

  • The replacement for the same product is not available or in case the vendor fails to deliver the product within the time mentioned on the website.

  • If we are not able to arrange the replacement for the ordered product.

CANCELLATIONS:

  • You can cancel your order only before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded in the form of a credit note, which will also be visible in your account.

  • The products which are customised as per buyer requirement will not be cancelled and no refund will be given to these orders.

  • Once you request the cancellation of your order, we will provide you the credit note within 3 working days.

  • Cancellations are not allowed, if the products are sourced by the seller to meet the buyer order requirement.

NOTE: We may modify this Policy from time to time, and any such changes will be reflected on the Platform and be effective immediately upon the changes being reflected on the Platform. Users agree to be bound to any such changes or modifications and understand and accept the importance of regularly reviewing the Policy as updated on the Platform from time to time.
