Shipping policy

  • Customers shall be solely responsible for providing the correct and accurate address details for delivery. We shall not be responsible for any delays in the shipping of the ordered and purchased product, misplacement of the product or the incorrect delivery of the product if it is due to the fault of the customer or due to inaccurate or false information being provided by the customer.

  • Risk of loss and title for the products purchased online from Amazestorz shall be transferred to the customer at the time of delivery.

  • Customers are required to examine the product meticulously before signing the delivery receipt.

  • After the order is placed online and invoice is generated, the customer will receive a call from a customer service agent to schedule the delivery time and date. In case of any changes or to reschedule the delivery, customer needs to inform us 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Delivery would then be scheduled to the next available slot.

  • If the customer is not available during the time of delivery. Customer needs to bare the extra logistics and handling charges to redeliver the order.

  • Shipping of the ordered products will be delivered to the ground level.

  • On Saturdays, and regional or national holidays, deliveries are not guaranteed to establishments like offices that might be closed.

  • You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times for sellers of the product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the logistics partner's time-to-deliver in your location.
